This policy explains how Fibr processes personal data on fibr.eu.com. It covers the quote form, WhatsApp contact and the technical data needed to run the site.
What we collect
If you send a quote request we collect first name, phone number, email, approximate area in m², the product you selected, and any project note you add. If you write to us on WhatsApp we see the number and message you send. The site also stores a language cookie and, if you accept, advertising cookies as described in the cookie policy.
Why we use it
We use this data to answer your request, prepare a quote, follow up on a project and keep the website working. Advertising measurement runs only after you accept cookies. We do not use quote-form details to sell advertising lists.
Who we share it with
The site is hosted on Vercel. If you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads may receive measurement data as described in the cookie policy. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp / Meta. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related order, and then deleted or archived when they are no longer needed. Language and cookie choices follow the periods in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
